The day has 24 hours in it. Take one of those hours to soak in a tub. Some luxurious bubbles and aromatherapy can soothe your mind, body and soul.

Take a Different Way Home from Work
A change in scenery can be therapeutic. Turn on your favorite Spotify playlist and enjoy!
Take 3 deep breathes. Seems simple enough but your mind,body and soul will thank you!
Go to bed 20 minutes earlier
Somehow writing down our thoughts, ideas and ramblings seems to ease all the stress in our head. I like to meditate for 10 minutes every night and journal about my thoughts afterwards. It helps me find clarity in what seemed like stress.
